Peninsula Fellows is based in Yorktown, Virginia, part of the historic triangle of Jamestown, Williamsburg and Yorktown and the greater Hampton Roads area of Virginia.
Known for its beautiful waterways, the Peninsula region of Virginia is also a business and research hub. It is the home of the Thomas Jefferson Nuclear Accelerator Facility, and NASA Langley Research Center. Canon, Alion Science and Technology, Triumph Aerospace Systems, and C2 Technologies are but a few of the high-tech companies located here. The larger employers on the Peninsula include Canon, Newport News Shipbuilding (where America's aircraft carriers and submarines are built), Riverside and Sentara Health Systems, and the U.S. Department of Defense. The economy is balanced between manufacturing, defense, research, technology, education, healthcare, finance, and office based industries.
Newport News, the largest city on the Peninsula, is home to four world class performing arts venues, six top-rated museums and ten award winning seafood restaurants. Christopher Newport University and Thomas Nelson Community College are located at the heart of the Peninsula with the College of William & Mary just down the road. Within a short drive are the beaches of Virginia Beach, Outer Banks of North Carolina, Washington D.C, and the rolling Blue Ridge Mountains.

Knowing His Joy, Changing His World
Peninsula Community Chapel is a contemporary, evangelical church that is passionate about sharing God's Word locally and globally. We believe that the good news about Jesus Christ should be truly understood, not simply admired at arm's length.
Our preaching team teaches with the goal of clarity and life application of Biblical truths. We're committed to a home group ministry where people can share significantly in each others' lives.
Peninsula Community Chapel was founded in 1983 as a church plant of Tabernacle Church of Norfolk. As a broadly evangelical church, PCC seeks to focus on those aspects of the Christian life most evangelicals hold in common: a high view of scripture, the Lordship of Christ over all areas of life, local and personal evangelism and world missions.
